Wash with mild, fragrance-free soap + lukewarm water
Moisturize often (CeraVe, Cetaphil, Vanicream, Aquaphor)
Cool compress 20 min every few hours
Trim nails to avoid scratching
Avoid hot baths, scented products, long water exposure
